In February of 2005 The University of Texas at Austin opened to the public The Woodward and Bernstein
Watergate Papers. Working with the curator of the archive I designed and built a web site that both
promoted the opening of the Watergate Papers and provided an glimpse of what was held within the archive.

I was brought in by Dell Inc. to completely rethink their online technical support message board system.
I redesigned the message board system, named the Dell Community Forum, from the ground up,
including the information architecture, the user interface and the aesthetic design.

In the Fall of 1998, Boise, Idaho, based MicronPC was the third largest direct sales computer
manufacturer in the country. I contributed clean designs and long hours to the redesign and
